چکیده
Software-Defined Networking (SDN) is an innovative technology which provides a programmable network control decoupled from the physical infrastructure. Network Virtualization (NV) phenomenon where given infrastructure and its resources are abstracted to create multiple logical virtual slices of underlying substrate. NV enables independent networks co-exist on one or more shared Edge computing makes use edge in close proximity end-users reduce service delay traffic volume end-to-end networks. Similarly, slicing key enabling for 5G designed support different services platforms at scales sharing many layers. These technologies strategies have gained significant attention both academia industry as they potential maximize resource utilization optimize delivery solutions deployment. To enable continuous simulation development applicable networking concepts using these technologies, there need accessible easy-to-learn testbed able efficiently measure performance capacities, provisioning approaches management architectural models large-scale configurations repeatable controllable manner. tools toolkits provide scalable, lightweight controlled cloud environments necessary analyse flows, allocation capacities policies behaviour heterogeneous extremely low cost compared huge financial commitments involved conducting similar experiments real-life event. The complete architecture features some used cases presented paper. We validate with two case environment: Joint compute prioritization. Results display efficiency estimating measuring processing speed, transmission usage energy consumption.

With the prosperity of cloud computing, various simulation tools, such as CloudSim, are developed to experiment ever-changing user requirement and system supply before deploying a system into real-world scenarios. However, there is no existing cloud simulation tool to support Software Defined Network (SDN), which provides programmable networking paradigm. To implement SDN into the cloud simulat...
متن کاملNeural Network Based Protection of Software Defined Network Controller against Distributed Denial of Service Attacks
Software Defined Network (SDN) is a new architecture for network management and its main concept is centralizing network management in the network control level that has an overview of the network and determines the forwarding rules for switches and routers (the data level). Although this centralized control is the main advantage of SDN, it is also a single point of failure. If this main contro...
